Visit our Reading Room

The Christian Science Reading Room provides a wide range of reading material that is central to our teachings. The books we take as our Pastor, the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of Christian Science, are available to purchase. Mary Baker Eddy has several other books published. The Reading Room also stocks publications from the Mother Church, among which includes the Sentinel - a fortnightly newsletter containing articles and testimonies of healing - and the Christian Science Monitor, a news publication which reports on world events justly and without bias.

We welcome you to visit the Reading Room either at the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Waverley, or at the City Reading Room on Degraves St in the Melbourne CBD. This is a space to browse Christian Science publications and ask any questions you may have about Christian Science.
