The Love that Heals
Our church hosts talks to share Christian Science and the healing it brings every year. This year our talk was given by Christian Science practitioner, Deborah Packer.
The talk was an exploration of love as more than sentiment — divine Love is a spiritual law with the power to heal.
Drawing from her father's transformational healing and teachings from Christian Science, she explored the idea that divine Love is the true nature of God. Deb shared passages from the Bible and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy (the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science), which unfold the healing rules and laws of divine Love. Through accounts and practical examples, Deb explained how prayer rooted in this love can reveal truth, dissolve fear, and restore harmony in any situation.

The Love that Heals
You are warmly welcomed to this Christian Science Lecture, ‘The Love that Heals’, given by Deborah Packer.
The lecture will be held in the Waverley church auditorium at 256 Stephensons Road, Mount Waverley. It will follow the weekly Sunday service and monthly Morning Tea.
